During these uncertain times, we hope that you and your family are safe and healthy. Temporarily, our Community Health Nursing home visitation programs and Maternal Child Adolescent Health services are limited due to the deployment of public/community health nurses to COVID-19 immunizations. We are triaging referrals and sending letters with resources to the people that we are unable to reach or provide services. Thank you for your understanding. Call if you have any questions or need clarification at 805-981-5115.
We work to protect and improve the health of individuals, families and communities by empowering people to achieve optimal health and assuring access to health care. We do this by assessing the needs of individuals across their life span, addressing their concerns and identifying their needs and developing health plans and interventions, and achieving their health goals.
We accept referrals from many sources throughout the community, including physicians, social workers, the general public and you.
For a full list of services provided by Ventura County Public Health, go to our Services and Resources page.

Note: If you need emergency services please dial 911 or contact your medical care provider.
