What We Do
Our team of case managers, doctors, etc., provides early intervention services to meet the health needs of people living with HIV. We work to: 1) prolong the health and productivity of HIV infected persons; and 2) interrupt the transmission of HIV.
We serve all eligible HIV-positive people who reside in Ventura County.
