Dr. Arndt graduated from University of Minnesota, Duluth School of Medicine. He completed his Residency in Family Medicine at Ventura County Medical Center. Dr. Arndt is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice. Currently, Dr. Arndt practices at Magnolia Family Medical Clinic in Oxnard and John K. Flynn Community Clinic in Oxnard.
