Dr. Shah graduated from University of Rajasthan in Jaipur, India. He completed Residencies in Internal Medicine at Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences and State University of New York in Buffalo, NY. Dr. Shah completed Fellowships in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Dr. Shah is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism: he is a member of the American College of Physicians, Endocrine Society, Androgen Excess Society, American Association of Clinical Endocrinologist and American Diabetes Association. Dr. Shah has published articles in several medical journals, including the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, and Journal of Clinical Investigation.
