Dr. Carvalho graduated from Faculdade Ciencias Medicas de Lisboa in Lisbon, Portugal. He completed his Residency in Family Practice at Southern Illinois University in Decatur, IL. Dr. Carvalho is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Practice; he is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, and the Ventura County Medical Association. Currently, Dr. Carvalho serves as the Medical Director of the Conejo Valley Family Medical Group in Thousand Oaks.
