Dr. Frias graduated from University of Buenos Aires in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He completed Residencies in Family Practice and Community Medicine at The Jamaica Hospital in Jamaica, NY, and in Family Medicine at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Dr. Frias completed Fellowships in Maternal Child Health at West Suburban Hospital Medical Center in Oak Park, IL and in Faculty Development at University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Frias is Board Certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
