Graciela Hernandez completed the Master of Science in Nursing, Family Medicine program at UCLA. Prior to becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, Graciela completed the Bachelor of Science in Nursing Program at San Diego State University and practiced as a Registered Nurse for three years. Graciela is a member of the California Association of Nurse Practitioners and in 2008, was awarded as the California Medical Association Scholar. Graciela is fluent in Spanish and provides patient care at Las Islas Family Medical Group and Las Islas Diabetes Clinic.
