Dr. Vines graduated from California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA. He completed his Residency at the V.A. Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. Dr. Vines is Board Certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and American Board of Podiatric and Orthopedics Medicine. Dr. Vines is a Fellow of the American College of Foot Surgeons, American College of Foot Orthopedics and Medicine, and American Professional Wound Care Association; he is a member of the American Podiatric Medical Association.
