Dr. Lu graduated from Pennsylvania State University, College of Medicine in Hershey, PA. He completed his Residency in Pediatrics at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Lu is Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Currently, Dr. Lu is the Medical Director of Mandalay Bay Women and Children’s Medical Group in Oxnard.
