Dr. Laba graduated from Chicago Medical School in North Chicago, IL. She completed her Residency in Pediatrics at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center in Torrance, CA. She is Board Certified in General Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Laba serves as the Ambulatory Care Medical Director for Primary Care Services for the Ventura County Health Care Agency. Dr. Laba has special interests in the areas of foster care and chronic disease management.
