Health Care for Kids
Health Care for Kids/Hope helps Ventura County families apply for health coverage so children can access health care services. Our trained Certified Application Assistors help people, at no charge, apply for Medi-Cal, Healthy Families and other low cost insurance programs. We have several locations around the County. We make insurance enrollment and renewal easier to access and understand. Applying for these health care programs has no effect on anyone's permanent residence application or status. We do not charge for this service.
Health Care for Kids/HOPE is partially funded by First 5 Ventura County.
This program is also funded through Maternal, Child, and Adolescent Health (MCAH). For more information, contact
1-800-781-4449, MCAH (2).
