Who can call the Helpline?
Anyone in California who would like help or information on quitting tobacco, whether you are a current smoker, former smoker, or a friend or relative who would like to help a smoker.

What kind of services might I receive through the Helpline?

  • One-on-one telephone counseling
  • Informative booklets to help you quit on your own and remain tobacco-free
  • Referrals to local quit assistance programs and classes

What Can I Expect When I Call?
