About the Clinic

Sierra Vista Family Medical Clinic located at the East end of Ventura County in Simi Valley brings primary care and speciality care to our patient family. Newly opened in the fall of 2009 the beautiful Sierra Vista Clinic is located near Gold's Gym in the Mountain Gate Plaza. Radiology and Laboratory services are available on-site.
