For Birth and Death Certificates for 2017 and 2018, please note the office of Vital Records does NOT provide marriage certificates you can visit the Ventura County Vital Records at http://www.vchca.org/birth-and-death-registration-vital-records

We are however able to issue Still Birth certificates for 2003 to present.
